Jackie was born and raised in Vancouver and moved to Ontario to train with the National beach volleyball team. Jackie also played volleyball for her university during her undergrad, which is where she became interested in pursuing a career in Athletic Therapy. Being a former elite athlete herself, Jackie can relate with athletes throughout their rehabilitation of both acute and chronic injuries and understands how challenging it can be.
